“Regular”

The location is good, though not the best, and the gentleman was friendly. However, the cleaning lady arrived before check‑out and pressured us to hand over the room. She entered while we were still inside, rushed through the cleaning, spilled water, and knocked over everything in the kitchen. The staff’s service is poor, the pressure to hand over the room is high, and the check‑in and check‑out times are bad.

Great value for money, and the host was very thoughtful and welcoming. I really appreciated the care and attention throughout my stay. Highly recommended! The internet could be better, as the mobile network wasn’t working very well, but given the great value it wasn’t a major issue and I can’t complain.

The host’s attitude was very friendly; when we arrived, only two of the four guests had towels and linens, but as soon as I mentioned it, they came and supplied them. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the area is quite “dangerous”, though it’s close enough to the center to walk. Breakfast was below average: a few pre‑packaged store croissants, some pre‑packaged biscuit pieces, and a long‑open corn flakes box. The accommodation we booked didn’t match that. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet and fell off because it wasn’t tightened. There was a horrible musty smell inside, with mold in a few spots. The glasses were dirty.

Overall, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and it delivered good value for the price. Breakfast was simple but fine, with coffee, tea and packaged cakes. The spot was very convenient, close to a main street where you can feel the real beauty, atmosphere and character of Naples. The neighborhood might look a bit rough or intimidating at first, but that’s typical for Naples and we didn’t feel unsafe. A few small things could be better: there was no suitable sponge so we couldn’t wash some dishes properly; the shower had no door or screen, so water spilled into the bathroom, especially in summer when it made the room feel humid; and the sink was partially clogged, which was a bit inconvenient. These were minor issues, and overall the place stayed clean.
