The spot’s spot‑on, right next to everything and with a killer canal view, but watch out for the stairs if you’re lugging big suitcases – they’re a real pain.
The place is in a convenient spot, the view from the window is beautiful, the overall vibe is cozy, and there’s a microwave and kitchenware, and the host is very nice. The stairs are narrow, making luggage hard to move, there’s no air‑conditioning, and it gets stuffy in the afternoon.

The décor feels modern but the room isn’t comfortable; there’s no sofa to sit and read, just a small locker without hangers. Towels are subpar, and there’s no cleaning kit (no sponge, mop, dishwasher tablets – only one tablet – or paper towels). Also, the stairs make it unsuitable for older guests.
