The location is close to the waterfall, the stay was quiet, within walking distance of sights, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, the reception was good, and the price‑quality ratio is solid.

We liked the staff; they were very helpful, friendly, and gave great recommendations for things to see in the city and where to eat. We were checked in at 3 am, and we have huge respect for the guy who met us at the airport, waited for us, and helped with our luggage and room after our long flight. We would like more soundproofing so we don’t hear what’s happening in other rooms and the corridor, more space for towels in the bathroom (hooks), more shelves in the bathroom and more towels, and the doors are quite thin.

The location is great, the hotel is on a side street just a short walk from the cascade. The cleaning and linen changes are not daily, which is not what a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel would normally require.
