The bed was comfy and the breakfast was very good; the whirlpool and sauna on the rooftop were nice. The location is good, a 10‑minute ferry ride to the city center. The front‑desk staff were very friendly. However, there was no staff in the spa area, so sometimes drinks were missing. The room was dusty (lamp in the bathroom, floor behind the stool) and there was mold/dirt in the shower seams. The AC display lights up through the mirror directly onto the bed, which was poorly planned.

I had a beautiful room cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s near a tram station and an easy Uber ride gets you to the hotel. Overall, the facilities and service were beautiful.

“Una buena opción en Gotburgo”

The breakfast, the bed, the room, the views, the sound insulation, the area it’s in, and the easy public‑transport access were all great. The downside is that you can’t open the window, the air‑conditioning can’t be regulated, and the price is high even when booking a year in advance.

“Excellent personnel, très loin du centre et cher”

The front‑desk and restaurant staff were very good. The location was very far from the train station: we had to pay a very expensive taxi to get there. It felt like we were forced to book a hotel so far from the station. The rooms were very small and had no pleasant view. Access to all facilities was paid.
