The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the wellness area was nice. There were no negatives.

We were blown away by the staff’s hospitality—super friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The upgrade to the Konig Ludwig Suite I gave us an amazing garden view. The spa was spotless and relaxing. The food was Michelin‑star quality: a breakfast buffet with plenty of options, an afternoon snack buffet that included an entrée, salads and desserts, and a 4‑course dinner. I’m 99 % sure they sourced local ingredients from nearby farms because everything tasted fresh. Overall, we’re very satisfied; the staff’s care before, during, and after made the whole experience a 5‑star stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area. The only downside is that the hotel layout can be confusing, but you get used to it.

The big surprise was the decoration in our room: heart‑shaped balloons, a congratulatory card, and a bottle of Prosecco. It really made us happy!

The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The wellness area was beautiful and inviting. The breakfast spread was excellent and extensive.
