The place was not nice at all and the location was horrible. Everything, including the staff, was bad.
The place was very nice. The pool, however, was dirty.
“A Few Hitches in an Otherwise Pleasant Stay”
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I appreciated the clean and secure environment, and the ease of getting around. My bedroom setup was superb, and I was grateful for the upgrade to a room with an ensuite. However, I struggled with operating the TV channels, and there were no mats in the room, which was a bit of a letdown.
“Terrible. If I could I would get my money back and left, but no refunds.”
Nothing positive. Everything in the property was damaged, not just poorly maintained. Every corner had something broken. Our room looked old, had a toilet but no hot water. After we switched rooms, the light in the new room was held up by a clothes hanger—otherwise it wouldn’t work. The doors were cracked or damaged. The blankets were ripped, there was no mirror, and the wallpaper was all torn off. Looking closely at the door, you could see through it. We had to share a bathroom, and although breakfast was supposedly included, we were immediately told they didn’t provide it. That’s a lie and a trick to get people. The pool area had an old couch covered with a black plastic bag. The chair shown in the picture is probably from years ago, as in reality it no longer has legs. There was also a double bed in front of our room, upside down and broken, just left there. Everywhere you look, you see old, broken furniture and damage. The bed was so damaged it rattled like a broken car shock, up and down like a swing. The pillows were uneven—one was too big and hard, the other too small and damaged. Only one towel was provided and nothing else. The staff were nice, but the place was in terrible condition.
“If you are on a budget and need a place to stay, I would recommend this place”
The hotel was clean, the staff thoughtful, and the location safe. The bathroom floors were heated. My room had a couch, and I think all rooms have sliding doors—mine opened directly to the pool. The modern touches were mostly damaged and not working; for instance, my master bedroom was huge with two double-size beds and an en-suite bathroom, but there was no study table or dressing mirror, and the side lamps didn’t work.
