The place was quiet, clean, and well thought out, with everything you could possibly need either already there or easy to order. Free parking with wide spaces was a nice bonus. The only downside was the bed, which was a bit short for my 5’6” height.

The front‑desk team were very professional and friendly, and they handed us a complimentary glass of champagne—nice touch. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. The beds were super comfy, with lovely linens, pillows, and towels. Every staff member we met greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything they could do to improve our stay. The undercover parking was great, and the Penrith Panthers club sits right across the street. Nothing else to note.
