The location is insane and the hotel is gorgeous. The staff are polite and very helpful with every issue and question. The air‑conditioner in the room was awful—never had such a weak one before. I complained to reception, they came to check it and claimed it was just how it was in all rooms. I paid a lot of money and that ruined my stay, plus the shower power was bad, so overall I didn’t enjoy the experience; at the end you pay a high price for a luxury hotel and expect at least a decent AC and a normal shower.
