The room was fine and the location near the harbor was very convenient if you need to catch a ferry. However, they charge an extra 40 euros for entry after 8 pm, not for having someone wait for you, because they use a keypad with a code… that feels like an abuse, especially since it isn’t clearly stated in the check‑in conditions but appears in another section. They also charge a 200‑euro deposit that isn’t refunded until after 30 days. The building is very old and the elevator doesn’t work well. There’s no direct communication with staff; everything is automated messages. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone!

They charge me 72 euros that is not in the booking stated. The doorr knob is not working well. The have a code but the door knob code and the room has the same number codes so it is not safety. The location was spot‑on, daily cleaning was perfect, organization was flawless, and the concept of a detached hotel was managed very well. The only minor issue was that the check‑in time was interrupted by lunch break; nothing alarming, just not communicated directly in the messages.

“Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub durch maximalen Service”

Ich bin nun das 2. mal in den Hotel. Die Unterkunft hat eine überragende Lage. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es wurde jeden Tag Sauber gemacht und die Unterkunft war komplett abgesichert, sodass man sich keine Gedanken machen musste über Gefahren. Für mich von der Preisleistung her ein überragendes Hotel. Beim nächsten Mal komme ich wieder ins gleiche Hotel
