Wrost hotel, the place was filthy and only unsavory folks stay there. The hotel was very dirty and only unsavory people go there to stay.

Nothing. This is to bring to your notice about my recent booking for Kanpur at ……………. on. Upon discussing this with the customer care agent on 25th September 2026, I would like to flag the following issues in the property where my parents stayed. a) Cot and Mattress size mismatch a) Safety issues B) Cleaning issues C) No water was there before hand D) AC not working properly, with no remote E) TV was not working Beyond them, the major concern was there is a hell and heaven difference between original conditions of the photo as displayed in the compared to the in-person. This has led me to doubt on the credibility issues of the properties involved and displayed at the platform, which will surely affect if any I do booking through the platform. I hope no other travellers such as my parents in this case, face such an unpleasant experience
