The location was fine, but I booked a bunk‑bed in a dormitory that had no separate lockers, so there was no dedicated changing area, which meant my bag rattled in the middle of the night and other guests complained about it.

The vibe was nice, the breakfast was good, the room was pleasant, and the location was excellent. The toilet was dirty (a dark poop line in the bowl) and there was no coffee or tea provision in the room.

Breakfast was different from what we’re used to; usually you get a buffet, but here you choose a set breakfast with optional add‑ons, and a weird little drawback was that bacon required an extra charge. Also, renting a locker to keep our suitcase was something we hadn’t experienced before, which was a minor inconvenience.

It was so pretty, the room was cozy, and the price was great! I also loved how close it was to the central Utrecht station. Probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
