The location and cleanliness were fine, but the staff who served us were frankly unpleasant. The ground‑floor room let us hear every conversation at reception, and they wouldn’t even look for a different room or check availability. There were arguments with other guests, and a boy with autism staying with his mother was treated badly.

Overall it’s good for the price, has a great location, is very clean, and the service is excellent. The room is a bit small and the mattresses are very firm.
