Angela was an excellent host, making everything feel effortless.
“Wonderful visit, just not long enough!”
The location was perfect, and the room was very spacious. We brought our pooch Mabel, who loved walking along the Canal Path, just a 5‑minute walk from the accommodation. Angela was the ideal host and served the best breakfast!
Very clean and efficiently run. Usually we prefer self‑catering houses and apartments, but this traditional bed and breakfast was very good.

The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic; I felt very relaxed. I didn't love the polyester duvet cover, but that’s just a personal preference; everything else was fresh and clean.

Angela was warm and welcoming, a down‑to‑earth host who did everything to make us feel at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was great and expansive; I would definitely book again. The quiet little garden was nice to relax in, and there was even chocolate on our pillows. I liked everything.
