It was nice to use the pool and cool off after a hot day. The gentleman checking us in was rude; he asked me to sign something I didn’t understand, claiming it was the terms and conditions, and when I asked what I was signing he said “you’re checking in, aren’t you?” He also had to change the batteries or something on our lock. When we got in, the bedside table was on the floor and looked like it had exposed wires. My husband told him yes, yes, and left. We asked for pool towels but were told to use our shower towels; no spares were available. We couldn’t get into the pool, so he ended up just jumping the fence, opening the gate, putting an umbrella stand there, and told us not to close it.

The location was great and the staff were helpful. The only downside was that everything was very basic, especially the bath and shower toiletries.
