The welcome was great, breakfast was generous, and the location is superb. The parking was full even though we had requested a reservation.

What I didn’t like… the hotel assigned to us, Diano Marina, is completely different from the photos you posted—no pool, the entrance is tucked into a narrow alley that’s hard to reach, and the parking is paid. This old property could use a serious facelift and a thorough makeover. I still don’t understand why your image doesn’t match the actual address of this hotel with the same name.

The size and comfort of the room were good. Customer service could improve; it’s not a blanket judgment, but some staff behavior detracts from the overall experience.
