I had a terrible stay: no washroom mat was changed, the TV remote never arrived even after I asked, the washbasin and bathroom were filthy, the geyser didn't work, the room smelled bad, and there was no blanket. When I called reception, they said they didn't have a plate or remote to give me. I will never go back; the low price didn't justify the awful experience, especially compared to my better stay in Bombay. Please address this.

The only bright spot was the location, but everything else was terrible—just a health hazard to stay here.
