The TV remote had no batteries, a few lights were out, and the bathroom fan was dead. Checking in was a nightmare; even though I had pre‑checked in, the staff took over 25 minutes to hand me the room keys and I couldn’t use the computer at the front desk.

I found hair in my bed, the bedding hadn’t been changed, and the owner wouldn’t refund me.

The beds were clean and comfortable, the furnishings were solid, and the staff were friendly. However, the handle on the rear entrance door was broken and the desk clerk didn’t even notice. The bathroom was cramped, full of hair on the floor, and the tile grout and shower surround sealer were dirty.
