Not so accessible when is your first time checking in, more information about checking would be very helpful, and we had to wait for receptionist to assist us with checking out as there was no1 at the desk

I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the beautiful room that offered plenty of privacy - I would love to request that room again if possible. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience.
