I waited about an hour at check‑in while they cleaned, then found a stain in the room and, to top it off, my hair straightener was missing.

Nothing stood out, but the room was poorly cleaned—previous guests' stuff was under the bed, and the promised fridge and microwave were absent, so we had to ask reception to store our food and eat it cold.

Management was poor and the ads were misleading; I ended up in a much smaller room without a kitchenette and it wasn’t renovated as promised.

Everything was spotless, the staff were friendly, the room and linens were clean, there’s a tea station in the room, and the pool was beautiful and immaculate.
