The staff were polite and friendly, but the room had few outlets in poor condition, the old air‑conditioner leaked a lot, and the overall upkeep was lacking.

The location is fine for someone needing to stay in São Sebastião, but staying at the pilot plan is preferable. The booking photos were misleading; I paid for the most expensive room with a king‑size bed and balcony, yet I was given a tiny room with a single bed and a small bathroom. When I asked at reception, they said the photos were merely illustrative and wouldn’t re‑assign me. In reality I got the last available room, so paying extra for more comfort was pointless. The afternoon attendant was very rude, though I understand it’s her job. The corridors were noisy and poorly insulated, so I slept badly. I don’t recommend anyone stay there; you can stay at the pilot plan and go to São Sebastião calmly. By the way, breakfast costs 25 reais per person, is extra, and they claimed there were no options and it wasn’t worth it. I didn’t risk it and skipped breakfast.

The hotel staff were exceptionally attentive. The surroundings of the hotel did not seem safe; you have to be careful if you arrive with a GPS app, as you end up being directed to some complicated alleys.
