The breakfast was lovely. The staff were friendly and lovely. It's a little too run down for the price. The room was small, the stairs were very steep but it's an old building. The shower was falling off the wall. There were parts of the bathroom that were falling off. The mattress was thin so I could feel the bed below.

Good location, friendly staff. Lots of noise from the pub downstairs (even in the evening/at night). Breakfast was supposed to be served at 8 am but the morning staff were not aware.

Central location, lovely back garden patio! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind, which always counts for so much! Even with the pub downstairs, the noise wasn’t too bad and didn’t go late into the evening. I would stay here again!. On a very hot day it was warm in the upstairs room, but they did supply a fan and that’s quite good for pub standards
