I’m very satisfied with my stay. The staff were lovely and helpful with everything I asked for. The price is fair for the location, and the rooms are good, making it overall good value for the cost.
I’ll stay here every time I return to Delhi. It’s a small oasis in the middle of the Greater Kailash market area Surbhi, and the team were amazing. I hope we meet again soon :)
The staff were kind and helpful, and when I ran into an issue with the hot water they upgraded me to a better room at no extra cost. Still, the photos on the site were wildly misleading; the building looks quite dirty and a bit run‑down. The spot itself is decent, tucked away in a quiet part of Delhi.
I had a very pleasant stay at Bed and Chai Hotel. The neighbourhood is lively, but the rooms are nice and quiet, with no street noise.
