The location is excellent, just a short walk from the station. We used the luggage storage service before check‑in and again after check‑out. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was truly satisfying and plentiful, and we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Rome.

The place was spotless.

The beds were comfortable, the full breakfast was superb, and above all the staff were kind and attentive. A special shout‑out to Annalisa, whom I had read about before and whose friendliness I experienced firsthand.

Everything except the staff and breakfast was fine. The hotel really needs a deep renovation.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very varied, plus the location is close to Roma Termini. However, the general facilities feel worn out, the bathroom could use a renovation, and it’s pricey for the level.
