We thought the location was fine, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, but parking is limited. The breakfast didn’t suit our taste and the food quality could have been better. We were also hit with an extra £1.50 charge for fruit juices with breakfast, a first for us in any hotel we’ve stayed at.

My partner and I stayed here overnight at the start of the month after reading the glowing reviews, so we booked a room just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The staff were welcoming on arrival and the breakfast was lovely. The only downside was that the heating stayed on all night; I switched the bedroom radiator off because it was too warm, but the towel rail in the small bathroom had no off switch and it got very hot. We paid extra for a later check‑out and the room’s mini fridge was handy. Overall we had a great stay and we’ll definitely return to Blackpool next time; I’ve also recommended it to a friend.

The lift was great and the room was beautiful and spotless. Breakfast was lovely and the location is excellent. Nothing to add.

We would never stay anywhere else; we absolutely love this place. Breakfast is included and lovely, the owners and staff are spot on, the rooms are very clean and the facilities are excellent. We can’t wait to come back.
