This hotel is spotless, the facilities are adequate and comfortable, and the price‑to‑value ratio is excellent!

Nothing positive. At least I got a partial refund when I cancelled and left. I saw pictures online, but when I arrived the room was different. No lighting at all. The hotel probably had more rooms available at the same rate, yet they gave me one at the end of a corridor with no natural light – a nightmare. The décor was the worst I’ve ever seen. There was no mini‑fridge. The smell was awful, probably from some cleaning product or spray – a horror.

The room was always clean. The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent. Everything was excellent.
