From the outside it might not look like it, but inside it’s cozy and has everything you need, even more. As soon as Giuseppe learned we were traveling by motorcycle, he offered a private garage. It’s a great base for visiting Vesuvius and Pompeii. Breakfast was a bit different because it’s in a nearby bar (100 m), but that’s fine. Coffee, croissants, sandwiches. Around the place there’s a bar, café, restaurant, grocery store. Giuseppe’s contact was instant. I recommend it.

“Silenzioso, a pochi passi dal centro di Ottaviano”

Quiet, private entrance, close to the center of Ottaviano. Near great pastry shops and restaurants. Close to the Circumvesuviana station. Stunning view of Vesuvius. The host was very courteous and super responsive to every need. They also provided maps and brochures for points of interest. A mini fridge, kettle, tea, and biscuits are available in the room for days when the bar is closed. I confirm that the photos match reality. The location is a bit damp and the distance for excursions to Naples isn’t negligible by public transport. The breakfast at the affiliated bar is a bit inconvenient.
