I recently stayed at a hotel that suited my basic needs. Despite visiting during the peak tourist season for the Day of the Dead, I was able to get a room at a reasonable price. The hotel's communication through their app was helpful when I was trying to navigate from the bus terminal. However, I did encounter some issues with the shower temperature taking a while to adjust and the Wi-Fi connection being quite weak, which was partly due to the city's poor signal.

“Genial”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, appreciating the comfort it offered. However, I didn't find anything that particularly stood out as not being okay. Overall, everything was alright, meeting my basic expectations. The hotel's cozy atmosphere made up for its lack of exceptional features.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service and what felt like a scam. The way they handled things was completely unacceptable. I was really looking forward to a pleasant stay, but it didn't work out that way. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered an unbeatable location, with easy access to the city's main attractions and public transportation. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff, who seemed disinterested in assisting me with my queries. The beds, while clean and well-maintained, were unfortunately quite uncomfortable due to their firm mattresses, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

“No lo recomiendo”

I had some conflicting feelings about my stay. On the plus side, the hotel's location was really convenient. However, I was put off by the condition of the facilities, the extra cost for parking, and the unfriendly staff. To top it off, I felt the price was too high considering what was offered.
