Reservation was made at 18:21 on Saturday 19 September. Arrived in front of the place at 19:01. Called: no answer. Sent 2 Viber messages: no reply. Got a response from the place at 19:31 informing us that they had no more rooms, that they had received about ten reservations at the same time … Being left without accommodation, especially with a small child and no quick response from the place, is unacceptable. Run away.

The check‑in and check‑out were straightforward, and the hotel itself was clean. Public parking is available on the street when it’s free, but I didn’t get any payment instructions, which caused a misunderstanding that was cleared up later. The room was very small for four people, yet it was sufficient for a single night.
