“Complementario”
It was a pleasant stay; just bring your own food because nothing nearby, and the pool fills up fast because it’s small.
I stayed mid‑week, and although there was only one staff member, most of the time the front desk was empty.

There was nothing good about it. The location is far from the beach and not in Punta Hermosa; it’s on Playa Pulpos. The room had roaches, and I couldn’t sleep because of other guests’ noise. There’s no air conditioning, the pool is tiny, and the cleanliness was poor—guests brought pets and didn’t clean up after them, leaving roaches in the room, etc.
