Bliskość lotniska w Katowicach. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia, szczególnie kuchnia i łazienka. Dosyć zimno w pokojach

The area was pleasant, you could interact with animals, the rooms were clean, and the price was very reasonable.

The room was decent in size, but there was no real door separating the ground‑floor guests from the attic where we stayed; a plastic door‑like cover could not be shut from the top. The shower was filthy, and dirt was everywhere. Coffee cups, plates, kettle and sauce pans in the cupboard had not been washed from previous use. We only managed one night of the three we booked. A suspicious man was drinking in the garden, making the area feel unsafe. The owner insisted that we knew what we were booking, yet the reviews claimed it was a very nice, family‑friendly and clean place. My main problems were the lack of cleanliness and safety; we had to wash and disinfect the shower, toilet, coffee cups, kettle and spoon before using them. I want a full refund.
