Staff were pleasant. The location as a golf estate is very good. Security and safety was good. Breakfast was served over an hour late on 2nd morning with no explanation. Bathroom maintenance required. Room cleanliness (occasional chairs were stained and filthy). Property has no ambiance and decor is primarily functional
