The front‑desk team was outstanding—everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely eager to please. Being a “feet‑in‑the‑sand” spot really set the place apart. The menu dishes were fantastic, and the chef deserves kudos; every dinner and beachside snack we ordered tasted superb. The wine list was well‑balanced with great labels. The bungalow and apartment design, the gardens, and the pools were all impressive, making us feel like we were in an exclusive retreat. Dining in the garden beside the pool with live music was definitely a highlight of our stay. A few areas could use improvement: slippers weren’t provided in the bungalow, and the robes looked worn. The bed linens and towels could be more distinctive. Each bungalow should have a dedicated, clearly marked table that other guests can’t use—this happened to us. The ambient music near the pool in the afternoon was a bit loud, making it hard to relax after lunch.
