A taxi from the B&B met us at the airport at the agreed price, and the 40‑minute drive felt like home thanks to the most friendly owners who genuinely cared; it might be a bit pricier than typical Windhoek B&Bs, but you get a lot for the money, making it a perfect kickoff to our scenic tour.

We spent one night there and it was excellent; the owner helped us find a taxi for dinner, and when we had to leave early the next morning due to a delay, she rescued us again by offering breakfast at 6 am—her hospitality was outstanding, and I highly recommend it.
