“Séjour agréable, mais peu d’intérêt pour le spa”
The location is close to the lifts and quiet at the end of the station, with a direct view of the mountains and glaciers, and the calmness of the place, plus a hearty and varied breakfast with quality products; however, the spa is not very pleasant or intimate, the equipment quality is mediocre (the sauna door isn’t airtight so cold air leaks in), and the front‑desk staff are not very friendly or welcoming, just doing their job with little sympathy.
