The place was quiet, which I really appreciated.

The owner and family were very friendly and cooked an excellent meal for us; they also shared interesting facts about the surrounding area and the Vendée in general. Breakfast was outstanding and arrived right on time. Nothing else was problematic. Staying in such a beautiful old property was a great experience.
