“Buen Hotel”
The location is good, the hotel facilities are safe, they provide complimentary coffee and water. The rooms are good for the price and quality of service the hotel offers. I recommend this hotel. The hotel’s reception has two shifts and should have attention, friendliness, empathy, courtesy with guests. The staff working at the hotel should also have attention, friendliness, empathy, courtesy with guests; improvement is needed.
The space is large and the furnishings are in good condition. The street is noisy at night, and I had the impression that there is an issue with dust mites.
The location was great, but the facilities were lacking.
“Buena Estancia”
The location is good, hotel facilities are safe, water and coffee are complimentary. The reception should have empathy, attention, courtesy, good manners, and friendliness with guests; all hotel staff should have empathy, attention, courtesy, good manners, and friendliness with guests.
The price was pretty affordable, but you can't renew your stay.
