“Horrible experience all around!!left early!”

I was disappointed by the mildew in the room and the hotel wouldn’t let us change rooms, but when they returned they offered a change for an extra fee, which was frustrating.

“Definitely worth the stay”

The hot tub was great, the place was clean and quiet, and the scent in the building was pleasant, so I’ll definitely return; the pool was cold, the hot tub wasn’t too hot, and the jets didn’t work, but having a hot tub was better than nothing.

“Good place to stay. Good value.”

The location was convenient for restaurants, shops, and attractions, but I drove past the property and couldn’t spot the sign because the street view made it hard to see.

“Would have been happy if we didn’t have to pay extra for first floor room. Hotel was not full . Felt disrespected as a s”

The hotel was clean and had plenty of parking, yet there were no elevators, so my second‑floor room required an extra charge to move to the first floor, making it impossible to haul luggage upstairs and I think that practice should be frowned upon.
