“I'm still angry right now .”

What on earth is breakfast? Is there breakfast at all? The place was advertised as a nice spot with a swimming pool, yet it turned out to be a nasty, unpleasant place. The ads never mentioned that you’d have to share a kitchen, an outside bathroom, or a toilet. The second bedroom next door required you to step outside to get there. Moldy mats and so‑called old outdoor furniture covered like a lounge were everywhere. When I asked about the pool, Alex admitted he didn’t know how the ads got mixed up, and he said I paid for his, not the other one. We told him we couldn’t stay and asked for a refund. First he promised a full refund next week Friday, then changed his mind and said he could only give us less than half. We took that small amount and left.

The view over the sea is great, but the water situation was a real let‑down.

We really liked the spacious garden while traveling with our dog, and the view of the lighthouse was great day and night. The covered patio was wonderful for a braai, but finding items like bread boards and sharp knives was a bit difficult. The Wi‑Fi password could be simplified, as it’s a long string of letters.

“I regret booking this place. I paid and I could sleep I had to look for another place same day”

The place was very filthy, the bathroom was a mess, and the manager was arrogant. The kitchen was a nightmare, the fridge couldn’t hold anything, and overall it was disgusting.

The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The only issue was that we shared the house with other people, which we hadn’t known about beforehand.
