Amaryllis Boutique Guest House

“וילה משהימה לחופשה משפחתית באזור יפיפיה עם מארחים מעולים. חופשה מושלמת”

The villa is amazing! Eight wonderful rooms with en‑suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a courtyard with tables and chairs. Hot water is always on, and the hosts are incredible, treating us exceptionally. Everything was perfect.

We entered the house with a strong mold smell, and the kids didn’t want to go in at first because of the odor. It felt like we hadn’t been in that house for a while. The host offered to ventilate the house, saying the smell would go away in a few hours, but I didn’t pay for that; it’s your responsibility to ensure guests get value for the high price paid. Mold was obvious on the walls, the windows had no screens so insects came in when we ventilated. All the houses in Ani Padina are stone buildings from centuries ago. I told the host that we had no choice because we arrived after a busy day and couldn’t find a place for the group in the 90th minute, and we wanted to leave in the morning; she agreed to refund part of the three nights we booked—half a night for the last day. We left after a day and a half.

“Great family vacation with lots of adventure”

The French style is excellent. The showers are quite small.

Yanis, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us a fantastic two‑day tour plan. The interior design is very nicely decorated, and breakfast, cooked by Yanis, was rich and tasty. The location sits right in the heart of Zagoria, and the village offers three good restaurants. Parking is available, though limited. The bathroom and dining room were both small.

The décor was lovely. Parking was an issue.
