The pool was great. The lunch was disappointing.

Nothing good. The reception was impersonal, the room was freezing, and the bed was a joke! I’ll never stay there again. The bed was ice‑cold! The restaurant food was below average and the service was mediocre. I didn’t have breakfast the next day because I didn’t want to bother the staff as a guest.

The property has a lot of potential, with large outdoor spaces that would score higher after some updates. Its location is convenient for reaching the center of Acate, which I chose for the San Vincenzo celebrations. The breakfast was decent. The internal signage should be improved so guests know where to go, and the rooms need some maintenance. I found a dirty tablecloth, no hair dryer (I had to ask reception, which is not close to the rooms), the mattress was sagging, and the bathroom needed a redo. I felt embarrassed when I was called after check‑in to pay for the stay while I was already outside, and I was asked several times about the check‑in time back at the hotel. (If I’m out for celebrations I can’t tell you exactly when I’ll return.) It was a bit rude, especially since the reception is closed on Sundays.

The departure was fine. There was no Wi‑Fi, the restaurant was closed, lunch was forced and I had no choice (no buffet), bathroom equipment was missing, the outdoors were very dirty (trash along the road), and the value for money was poor.
