The water park was well laid out and the staff were excellent. The bedding was quite scratchy

Location perfect for our family who flew to Calgary but hired a car. Lots of parking. Room large. Bed large. Restaurant area very nice and we had a very good breakfast on one of our last days there. Pool /slides excellent for families . Although busy and needed to be larger when families were there in the school holidays it was a great facility. We requested many months in advance that the 2 rooms be next to each other as we stayed nearly a week and easier for extended family. We were on the same floor but our room was at one end of that long floor and the other at the other end. We asked for this to be rectified but this was only possible after a couple of days after most people had left after a weekend . We then did get rooms next door to each other which was good. We had an email with our request months before arriving but were told the member of staff had left

Our heater / AC unit was rather noisy and loud

The pool was amazing. Buffet breakfast options were a little lacking.
