“Very unpleasant forgettable experience!!”

I was initially drawn to this hotel due to its proximity to VIT, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by the hotel's uncleanliness. The first room I was given had a dirty toilet, and the towels were also dirty. However, after switching rooms, I encountered issues with the flush, which didn't work properly. The staff seemed quite casual in addressing my complaints, which didn't help to alleviate the situation.

“Good Comfort Stay”

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel, which is conveniently attached to a wedding hall. The rooms were well-maintained, newly painted, and had a good supply of hot water. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay all the more enjoyable. However, I felt that the bathrooms could have been renovated to match the rest of the hotel's newly painted look.

Although this hotel's proximity to VIT was a major plus, my stay was marred by the lack of standard hotel amenities in the room, such as a kettle, tea, or a proper water bottle. The hotel only provided tap water and charged extra for even the smallest things. Additionally, the rooms weren't cleaned daily unless specifically requested, and early check-in was only allowed for a hefty fee. It felt like the hotel was more focused on maximizing profits than providing a good customer experience.
