“informações do hotel não bate com a realidade”

The hotel details didn’t match what I actually found.

“Caro pelo que oferece.”

The place was tidy and organized, but it’s really old and the parking is awful.

“Razoável”

The location and facilities are good, yet the bathroom walls were dirty and there was grime under the bed; it looks like it needs a makeover. I booked a triple room but only got a double bed.
