Viviana was extremely kind and attentive from the moment we arrived, welcoming us warmly and making us feel at home; the Podere sits in a convenient spot for touring the area, the house offers every comfort, and Viviana makes breakfast delightful.

The garden’s calm silence, the small town feel like Tuscany, and the charming old square create a cozy atmosphere; the apartment lacks air‑conditioning but has a large standing windmill, a functional kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom—all as described, with no complaints; a nearby shop, a Coop, and a friendly, helpful, and kind owner; breakfast was basic but satisfactory, with milk, honey, eggs, and toast from early morning after the trip; overall I recommend it.
