“Not very pleasent, bad housekeeping service.”

The rooftop heated pool stayed open until 22:00, but the housekeeping failed to clean the shower properly—mold was present, and they left the dirty towels in place, forgot to bring fresh ones, and didn’t replenish toilet paper or napkins; they also spoke loudly in the corridor and didn’t replace the bathrobes.

The hotel was nice, but the entire area, especially the pool top, clearly needed a renovation.

“Veldig hyggelig opphold i fint, sentrumsnært område”

I loved the location and the rooftop pool; most staff were friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was flexible with our schedule each day, plus breakfast was good. The pool was great but desperately needed refurbishment—many tiles were loose and black particles were falling into the water; the floor around the pool was naturally wet and a bit slick in places, the shower by the pool didn’t work, and the breakfast room could have used a new bread‑toaster because the one they have only works on one side and there was often a queue to toast bread.

The rooms were clean, though the only issue was that there was one toaster with only two out of four slots functioning.

Funcionários muito simpáticos, principalmente a recepcionista Taya. Fez a estadia ficar melhor! No pequeno almoço, possui uma pessoa que traz o seu café a mesa, o que é um diferencial. Fiquei 5/6 dias no hotel, e em todos esses dias o ar condicionado não estava a funcionar. Pelo preço que paguei, me senti muito mal com a situação. Após reclamar na receção, apenas me foi fornecido um ventilador pequeno, o que para mim não foi resolvido devido ao calor em Lisboa. Pensarei duas vezes antes de me hospedar neste hotel novamente
