We loved the breathtaking city views from our room and the bar/restaurant perched at the top of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The location was perfect for dining and drinks amid the vibrant chaos and bright lights of Dotonbori, and being right above Namba Station made catching the early‑morning train to the airport effortless.

The hotel is high quality with a great roof bar and a comfortable bed, yet the way to get from the street into the hotel is a bit confusing.

The location is good and the restaurant on the top floor is nice, but the old rooms smell bad in the hallways. Swissotel should have a higher standard, yet the rooms feel like the 1990s with worn-out furnishings.
