“Magical. One of the best views we’ve ever had on our travels”

The view of the temple from Antonia’s home is incredible. The room was lovely, very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything needed. The minibar stocked beer and local wine, and there was a kettle. Antonia was a very welcoming host who gave us restaurant recommendations for the evening. Sitting outside our room with a glass of wine while looking across the valley at a temple from 4500 BC was absolutely magical. I’m so glad we chose to stay overnight in Segesta at Helimos—it was a highlight of our Sicily trip.

The breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams served with Cornetto and even fried zucchini. The host and her son were friendly and helpful, and the room was simple but clean, located nicely with a view of the Heratempel from the accommodation.

“Simple but perfect”

A beautiful spot with lovely views of the temple across the valley—I arrived late at night and found a well‑stocked fridge, so I could enjoy a cold beer while looking across the valley; Sicily felt very special.

“Camera con vista....e che vista!”

The view of the temple from the room is priceless. The breakfast included jams made by the lady, hot zucchini fritters freshly cooked, cheese, sweets and much more. The bathroom with a window was also appreciated, and the lady’s kindness was a highlight.
