The location near the bus stop and convenience stores was fine. At first glance, the unit looked clean, but the longer you look at it, the worse it gets. The unit was filthy, the beds still had hair and pimple skin between the covers and bed sheets. The carpet was dirty. Kitchen utensils all dirty and stained. Black molds in the living room ceiling since our unit was a ground floor unit, the pathway smelled like cat urine and poop.
