“Nataliya”

The location is great, 15 minutes on foot from the city centre and about the same to reach Catania Central Station and the FlixBus and Itabus stops; a 5‑minute walk takes you to a large daily market, bakery, and bar, and beneath an excellent trattoria opposite the city bus stop. The room is very spacious, clean, with a super comfortable bed, sound‑proofed for a good night’s sleep, air‑conditioned, TV, and an elevator to lift luggage. I was allowed to leave my bags until the evening after checkout. Thanks to the owner and his wife for their availability, kindness, and hospitality. Highly recommended for next time; everything was perfect, nothing to note.

The location is good and the owner was very friendly with fast communication; the only downside was traffic noise at night with the balcony door open, but I understood that the city can be like that.

The room itself was large, giving enough space to store luggage and backpacks during your stay, and it had a private toilet so you don’t have to wait for others; however, there was no water in the fridge, which made it a bit harder for me during the heatwave.
