“Rozczarowanie”
The room was clean, spacious, and the location was good, plus the guarded parking was paid. However, there was no courtesy for guests – it wasn’t a 5‑zł accommodation. We ended up at a Saturday party in the restaurant, making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was served in a side hall with very limited options; everything was missing. It felt like we were fighting over leftovers. Water and juices from the previous day weren’t refilled in the cups, and the trash was a disaster. Only after a lengthy conversation did they bring eggs, cold cuts, and cheese. The first time I saw it, there was nothing to eat.

The experience was fine overall, with no particular positives or negatives to note.

A solid hotel in Piotrków, but the check‑in process was quite long even though this was already my second visit.
The location and easy parking were good, but the restaurant was poor (the presentation was awful, like a toasted bread dropped into overly sweet tomato soup, and the burger was served in a bun as hard as a stone). The gym was weak – none of the cardio equipment worked – and the air‑conditioning struggled with extreme heat.
